The Subscriber has the right to suspend the receipt of the service from the Provider and charge for this subscription no more than once in a calendar month, provided that the minimum period of validity of the tariff package (if it is installed) expires, chosen by the Subscriber and the positive balance of the Subscriber's account.
On October 15, 2019, the following revision of paragraph 7.9 comes into force:
The Subscriber has the right to suspend the receipt of the service from the Provider and charge for this subscription no more than once in 90 calendar days, provided that the minimum validity period of the tariff package (in case of its establishment) chosen by the Subscriber and the positive balance of the Subscriber's account expires.
