Regarding the change of the terms of the contract for the provision of telecommunications services

Dear subscribers,

We would like to inform you that from January 1, 2022 the procedure for suspension of services determined by the Agreement on the provision of telecommunications services, which is carried out at the request of the Subscriber, will be changed.

From now on, the suspension of services at the request of the Subscriber may be carried out for a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) calendar days in total during each year of use of services.
